The details
Our cupcakes are available for wholesale purchase for $3.15 each. We recommend you sell them at $5.25, or more if you are purchasing a flavor exclusive to your shop.
We have an extensive menu of flavors (available here) and can also work with you to create something that would be exclusive to your shop and not available elsewhere.
We typically require orders to be placed one week in advance. There may be times throughout the year when our schedule is booked and we will require more advance notice. A $100 order minimum is preferred, however, we do accept smaller wholesale orders for first-time customers who want to pilot our cupcakes before committing to a larger order.
We offer delivery within a 15-mile radius of our kitchen at The Hatchery for free for orders of $100 or more. There is a $10 delivery fee for orders under $100. Delivery fees for orders outside of our general delivery radius are agreed upon before an order is accepted. You are also always welcome to pick up directly from our kitchen at The Hatchery, located at Kedzie and Lake.
Our cupcakes are delivered in large cardboard boxes that are fully recyclable. We can offer them individually packaged in white or black boxes with a window front for an additional 29 cents per cupcake.
Payment is due on delivery. An invoice confirming details and your total amount would be sent at the time your order is placed. Payments that are five days or more late will result in future wholesale orders being cancelled. Payments that are seven or more days late will incur a $15 late fee.
What is the shelf life?
Our cupcakes are good for five to six days after delivery. They should be stored in the cooler and/or freezer, depending on when you plan to serve or sell them. When frozen, the cupcakes only need an hour or so to come to room temperature.
Are additional products available?
Yes! Email us to discuss wholesale coffee or other items such as cinnamon rolls, muffins, scones and bread. We are happy to work with you on your specific needs.
